1、 What is the No. 5 battery?

2、 What is the 18650 lithium battery?

The 18650 lithium battery is 18 mm in diameter and 65 mm in length; The rule of No. 5 battery (actually, the scientific name of No. 5 battery is 14500 battery) is 14 mm in diameter and 50 mm in length. 18650 is much larger than No. 5 battery in both length and diameter.
  2. The voltage of No. 5 battery is different from that of 18650 lithium battery: the voltage of lithium battery is 3.7V (rechargeable), the voltage of lithium iron phosphate battery is 3.2V (rechargeable), and the voltage of No. 5 battery is 1.5V (non rechargeable) or 1.2V (rechargeable).
  3. The working principles of No. 5 battery and 18650 lithium battery are different: their working principles (internal chemical reaction process) are different.
  4. The 18650 lithium battery is a rechargeable battery. Most of the ordinary No. 5 batteries are disposable batteries. There are few or no rechargeable batteries.
